The law office was founded by Dr. Péter Kállay attorney at law in 1992. Since 1994, when Dr. Csaba Adámi attorney at law joined, we have been operating as a joint attorney’s office.

The office specialises in economic, company, labour and commercial law, the legal protection of investments, the comprehensive representation of companies, commercial representations and information bureaus in court and out-of-court cases, the enforcement of claims , the end-to-end management of various real estate projects serving the office and housing needs of investments and companies, cooperation in public procurement procedures, the management of liquidation and bankruptcy procedures.

Currently the office provides legal representation for over 150 European and US companies, joint ventures, commercial representations and foundations on a continuous or ad hoc basis.
